Privacy-first design
SmartMan Prestige is an iPhone productivity and security companion. Alvanet LLC does not operate advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or hidden telemetry inside SmartMan. Core app information is stored on the user’s device.
Information stored on your device
Depending on the features you choose, SmartMan may store email account settings, protected credentials, messages cached for display, templates, tasks, notes, profile preferences, calendar settings, security results, stock symbols, API settings, and the address of your Ollama computer. Sensitive credentials use iOS secure storage where supported; other app information remains within the app sandbox.
Email and calendar access
Email features connect directly to the email provider selected by the user through IMAP and SMTP. Alvanet LLC does not receive or store the user’s email credentials, email content, or email metadata. Calendar features use calendars available through iOS after the user grants permission. SmartMan does not upload calendar data to Alvanet LLC.
Optional network services
SmartMan connects to an outside service only when required for a feature the user chooses. Examples include:
- the user’s email provider for reading and sending email;
- weather, news, market-data, DNS, domain, IP-information, airline, and travel services for requested information;
- websites opened by the user through external links;
- a user-configured Ollama service running on the user’s own Mac or PC; and
- the ZTRUSTX relay for an optional, temporary live-verification code.
Those services may receive the technical information needed to answer a request, such as an IP address, domain name, stock symbol, airport, travel date, city, or text submitted for an AI-assisted reply. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. SmartMan does not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Ollama and AI-assisted replies
AI-assisted replies are optional. When enabled, text selected by the user is sent to the Ollama endpoint configured by that user. Alvanet LLC does not host the Ollama service, receive the submitted text, or retain the generated response. SmartMan remains usable without Ollama.
Live verification
The optional ZTRUSTX verification feature exchanges a short-lived code with the protected ZTRUSTX relay. The code is used only to complete the requested verification workflow and is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
SmartMan does not include third-party advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated usage analytics. Alvanet LLC does not sell personal information.
Data retention and deletion
SmartMan does not require an Alvanet account. Users can remove configured accounts and locally saved content from the app. Deleting SmartMan removes its sandboxed local data, subject to normal iOS and user-controlled backup behavior. Information held by an email provider or another user-selected service must be managed with that provider.
Security
SmartMan uses iOS protections, app sandboxing, secure storage, encrypted network protocols when supported by the selected service, and optional PIN or biometric controls. No product can guarantee absolute security, and security scan results are informational.
Children
SmartMan is intended for adults and is listed with an 18+ age-rating override. It is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy when SmartMan’s features or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
