Process-level verification

Do not ask whether the impersonation looks real. Require proof.

ZTRUSTX combines communication review, a separate trusted device, an approved corporate channel, and human judgment before a high-risk action proceeds.

The verification sequence

1. Receive and pause

A sensitive request arrives through email, voice, video, text, or another channel. Urgency does not bypass the verification process.

2. Review in CEO

The operator examines the sender, message, authentication signals, context, and requested action.

3. Confirm through SmartMan

The paired workflow uses a separate trusted mobile component and the organization's approved corporate-domain channel for time-based verification.

4. Apply human judgment

An authorized person confirms or denies the request. Higher-risk situations can require additional private human verification.

Layered trust

The architecture combines something the trusted participant knows, something they possess, optional device biometrics, and a final human approval layer. No single email header, device, code, voice, or visual signal is treated as sufficient for every high-risk decision.

Security boundary

This public explanation intentionally omits codes, secrets, private addresses, hidden endpoints, precise timing, retry thresholds, and recovery procedures. Enterprise deployment should include independent technical review and organization-specific approval policies.
