SmartMan can support mobile security and verification workflows without requiring the CEO desktop component.
Separate the request from the confirmation
When CEO and SmartMan are paired, the mobile device provides a controlled verification point outside the email, call, video, or message that created the request. The paired workflow can use a time-based code delivered through the approved corporate-domain channel.
Paired use
With CEO Desktop, SmartMan becomes the separate confirmation side of a higher-assurance executive workflow.
Human confirmation
A trusted user reviews the situation and confirms or denies the action instead of allowing automation alone to authorize it.
Apple distribution
SmartMan is currently in Apple review. Public App Store availability will be announced only after approval.
Privacy and security boundaries
ZTRUSTX documentation does not publish codes, secrets, private addresses, hidden endpoints, timing thresholds, or recovery details. Those controls remain within the protected implementation and review process.
